Launch brought their team together for a high-energy holiday party with a Mardi Gras twist, hosting 125 guests for an indoor-outdoor celebration across The Gallery and the Rooftop at The Balcony Orlando. The experience leaned fully into the spirit of New Orleans with masquerade masks, beads, and bold jewel tones, while maintaining a polished, corporate-forward atmosphere for the end-of-year celebration.
Guests moved between The Gallery, styled with dramatic Mardi Gras-inspired ceiling draping and cocktail-style mingling, and the rooftop terrace, where string lights and downtown skyline views set the tone for an elevated night under the stars. A lively mix of entertainment, including live performances and a DJ-driven dance floor, kept the energy high throughout the evening. Curated food and bar stations allowed guests to grab a bite, toast the year, and stay in the moment.
