An Architectural Beginning
Perched between The Plaza towers (completed in 2007) in the heart of Downtown Orlando, The Balcony Orlando began as an original architectural feature of the complex—an elevated rooftop terrace more than 11 stories above the city. The space was first activated as an event venue in 2016, expanded with the addition of the indoor gallery in 2019, and acquired by aVenue in April 2021, marking its evolution into a professionally operated indoor-outdoor event destination.
